AI Bid vs Custom Bid

The switch on the Dashboard card picks how proposals are written.

Custom Bid / AI Bid switch
  • AI Bid: AI writes a new proposal for each project, using your Template Settings.
  • Custom Bid: Bidswala sends your own proposals from Custom Bid → Custom Proposals.

Each mode uses its own bid count. Custom Bid only works if your package includes custom bids.

Two shortcuts sit under the switch:

Skill Accuracy and Default Prompt buttons
  • Skill Accuracy: how closely a project must match your skills. Opens Bid Accuracy Control.
  • Default Prompt: opens Prompt Configuration, where you change how the AI writes (AI Bid only, on selected packages).
