Payments & Refund Policy

By using the Bidswala website or services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read carefully before subscribing.

1. Free Trial

  • Bidswala offers a 3-day free trial with no payment details required.
  • The trial includes a limited number of free AI bids.
  • Free trial is limited to one per user only.

2. Subscription & Add-Ons

  • If AI bids run out before the package ends, additional add-ons can be purchased.
  • Any unused add-ons will expire at the end of your subscription cycle.
  • Add-ons apply only to AI bids, not to custom bids.

3. Payments

  • All subscription fees are billed in PKR or USD, as applicable.
  • Users are responsible for any taxes or fees required by their local authority.
  • All payments are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Any attempt to submit fake receipts, invalid payments, false proof of payment, or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.

4. Refund Policy

  • All payments for primary packages and add-ons are generally non-refundable.
  • If the Bidswala service is unavailable or malfunctioning, the subscription will be extended for the number of days lost (applied automatically at no extra cost).
  • In the event of a duplicate payment, users may request a refund. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded within 7 business days.
  • In rare cases of critical system failure within the first 48 hours of a paid subscription (with no successful bids made), Bidswala may issue a one-time goodwill refund, at our sole discretion.

5. Subscription Changes

  • Subscription upgrades take effect immediately.
  • Users will be charged the price difference on a pro-rated basis.
  • Bidswala reserves the right to modify subscription prices. Any changes will apply from the next billing cycle.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelling does not provide a refund, but your access continues until the current billing period ends.
