Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights for material on Bidswala are owned by Bidswala and/or our licensors. You are granted a limited license to view and use the materials for bidding on projects and using our subscription services.

2. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from:

  • Using more than one profile under a single subscription.
  • Republishing any Website material in other media.
  • Selling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing Website material.
  • Publicly performing or displaying any Website material.
  • Using the Website in any way that damages or may damage the Website or impairs user access.
  • Using the Website in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Engaging in any form of data mining, data harvesting, or scraping.
  • Using the Website for unauthorized advertising or marketing.
  • Misusing AI generated content for spam, harassment, or mass submissions that violate third-party platform rules.

3. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

Bidswala provides AI powered auto bidding assistance. The tool only drafts and submits bids based on your settings. Success depends entirely on the client’s decision and your freelancer profile. We do not guarantee project awards, earnings, or bid acceptance.

4. Third-Party Platform Compliance

  • You must comply with the terms and conditions of Freelancer.com and any other connected platforms.
  • Violations of third-party platform rules may result in suspension or termination of your Bidswala account without refund.

5. Subscription Rights

Bidswala reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any subscription at any stage for violation of these Terms.
  • Adjust subscription pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Refuse subscription renewal based on user activity or behavior.

We monitor subscriber activity. Prolonged gaps between subscription renewals after winning projects, or misuse of the platform, may result in temporary or permanent bans.

6. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, your access will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it will not renew.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Service Availability & Downtime

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by technical issues, maintenance, or outages from third-party platforms.

8. Your Content

" Your Content” means any material you upload or display on our Platform. By posting Your Content, you grant Bidswala a non exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and distribute it in any media.

Your Content must be original, lawful, and must not infringe on third party rights. We reserve the right to remove Your Content at any time without notice.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bidswala regarding use of the Platform, replacing all prior agreements or understandings.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan for any disputes arising from your use of the Platform.
